Call Waiting makes me grouchy.

It shouldn't be called "call waiting." It should be called "call interrupting."

That's all I have to say about that.

I think is should be called: "Hold on I have someone who I think is more important than you calling in and I must click over and see what they want because what they might have to say just might be more important than what you have to say so please hold on - I may or may not be back to talk to you and if I do come back it will probably be just to tell you that I have to take this call that is way more important than you are"....or something like that.

Hooooow many times have I seen Annie? It must be a number in the hundreds. I'm gonna need some help, South Florida. We're losing the good ones. As a native South Floridian, which is kind of a novelty, there is one conversation I have with people all the time. It goes like this: Normal people: So do you ever get used to this heat? Me: Yes. Of course there's more to the story, but I know that generally people aren't really interested in how I, personally, deal with the oppressive weather.
